If you’re running the latest version 11 SMARTNotebook
software and you’ve been getting this pesky blue line in your pages, I finally
figured out what this is (thought it was a computer issue): it’s called
the Full Screen Page Border. It’s to let you know how much of your page
will show w/o scrolling while in full-screen mode.
It’s annoying…
So if you want to turn it off, go to View: Full Screen Page
Border (second to last menu choice at bottom) : Don’t Show.
