Google Apps for Education
FHSD Login Info
All staff and secondary students have a district Google
account. Through this account, there is access to Google Drive, Docs,
Spreadsheets, Presentations, Forms, Drawings, Blogger, and more. All district
employees and secondary students are encouraged to use their FHSD Google
account, instead of their personal account. If you have files in your personal
account and would like to transfer them to your FHSD account, the easiest way
to do this is to “share” the file with your new account. Gmail is not accessible
in the Francis Howell Google accounts, as it is in a personal Google account.
Teacher Instructions:
1. Go to: drive.google.com
2. Enter your username and password
Username: Network Username + @g.fhsdschools.org Example:
jmdoe@g.fhsdschools.org
Password: G00gle@ppsEMPLOYEEID (Note! G00gle contains the
number zero) Example: G00gle@pps12345
3. The first time you login, you will be prompted to change
your password
4. Next, you will be prompted to accept a short user
agreement
5. You will then be directed to the Google Drive page for
your account
Student Instructions:
1. Go to: drive.google.com
2. Enter username and password
Username: Network username + @g.fhsdschools.org Example:
jdoe123@g.fhsdschools.org
Password: Fhsd + Student ID (Note! The “F” is capitalized)
Example: Fhsd123123
3. The first time students log in, they will be prompted to
change their password
4. Next, they will be prompted to accept a short user
agreement
5. They will then be directed to the Google Drive page for
their account
Any staff member having trouble accessing their FHSD Google
account should submit a work order and select “Email / Calendar” in the Request
Type field. Then select “I am unable to login to my Google account” in the drop
down menu.
