Student log-ins and passwords

When students login in to the computers for the 1^st time this week, they will be asked to type in a new password. This password will be synced directly to Office365. Students can then navigate to http://outlook.com/my.fhsdschools.org and use the new password to login. All future password resets for the student account will be done from Active Directory, and will be synced to both systems when a change is made. The most important key to all of this though, is we will be enforcing strict password requirements for student accounts. See below for the requirements

Password Cannot contain part of the users name

8 characters

3 of the following must be a part of the password:

A lower case letter

An upper case letter

A number

A special character such as !

Reminder, the initial login for Active Directory is:

Username: (FirstInitial)(LastName)(Last 3 Digits of ID) ablack456

Password: (Fhsd)(Student ID #) Fhsd123456

*Note: The F in Fhsd is uppercase
