How to Access Outlook Calendars

When outlook has been opened an configured and you are sitting at the main screen.

1.       Open the file in the upper left hand corner

2.       Press account settings button which will bring a drop down box and press account settings again

3.       Double click your email address in the next window

4.       Press more settings on the subsequent window.

5.       Navigate to the advanced tab

6.       Under the header mailboxes there should be an blank space  press the add button

7.       Enter FHN calendar and hit ok.

8.       Fhn calendar should appear in the blank space.

9.       Press ok at the bottom

10.   Press next and finish on the next 2 windows.

11.   And then close

It will take a few moments to download the fhn calendars but once they are then you will be able to access them like normal.
